The Janware Distributors concept has been created by David and Anne Janes who will be Directors and share holder in the limited liability company planned as the operational vehicle. It is believed that a registered company facility has benefits exceeding those of a private personal enterprise particularly as orders will have aspect of sales tax involved and a normal registered company structure is both traditional and convenient.
